The fruit for this wine was harvested exclusively from our estate vineyard in the Oak Knoll district of Napa Valley. This is a rose of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. You will find mulling spices, red currant and orange peel on the nose. Strawberries and cranberries follow on the palate and the finish offers sweet red plums and nutmeg.

The end result is a rich and fruit filled rose which pairs well with antipasto platters and other cold plate offerings, a variety of cold and warm appetizers, hearty pasta salads, cold-cut sandwiches and pizzas.

This wine can also compliment a wide array of proteins including pork, turkey and beef dishes. Overall, it's a wonderful cross-over wine. Serve well chilled.

This one's versatile and great to have on hand for entertaining and gift giving!
