Modus Operandi 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon

***SOLD OUT***
- Featured in the March 2012 Silenus Vintners Wine Club
- Retailed for $75

Only 7 barrels of this luscious wine were bottled. This wine has powerful and deep aromatics, loads of black fruit, hints of cedar, sweet vanilla, cassis, and super fine grain tannins which lend to a lengthy, broad and powerful palate. Grown mostly from the Coombsville region in Southern Napa Valley, this cab blend consists of a selection of my finest Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards and was triple sorted down to the berry, fermented in both small open top fermenters and new French oak barrels and matured in 75% new French oak for 22 months.
