With very limited production, this 100% Sauvignon Blanc is a serious yet playfully refreshing indulgence. The lemongrass, grapefruit, flinty, and mineral-like aromas of the 2011 Mario Bazan Sauvignon Blanc are followed by apple blossom, fig, and pear notes.

The entry is focused and juicy with flavors of white nectarine and lime. A vibrant acidity is present throughout with a touch of creamy texture. Mineral and grapefruit flavors linger on the finish.

This wine dances gracefully across the palate, leaving you clamoring for more.
