Special Considerations:

All guest rooms are subject to Transient Occupancy Tax of 12% as well as a 2% Napa Valley Tourism Improvement District Assessment Fee per room per night. These tax rates are subject to change without prior notice. All rates are net, non-commissionable.

Rates are based on availability. Rooms are on a Single/Double Occupancy. Each additional adult guest in the room will be an extra $10 charge.

The aforementioned rates are exclusive of suites. Suites may be guaranteed for an additional $50 weekday or $75 weekend applied to the above rates.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival will incur one night’s room and tax charges. All cancellations will receive a cancellation number that must be referred to in the event of any dispute.

Parking: Parking is complimentary to all registered guests.

Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast is included in the room rate daily between 7-10am
